What to expect

Spend a week exploring the Colorado Rockies by paddling individual packrafts through magnificent landscapes. Your personal raft will carry all your necessary gear for days as you paddle through this wilderness and camp on the side of the river. No prior experience is necessary.

Sophia Frisbie

Sophia is a junior who studies environmental engineering and lives in Lewis Hall at Notre Dame. She’s from the Grand Rapids area in Michigan, and some of her favorite things to do are play rugby, attend dorm Masses, and thrift shop. Sophia has always loved the outdoors, and this inspires her studies. She attended a WONDER trip in the summer of 2022, and she is so excited for the opportunity to lead trips this summer!

Anna Rahner

Anna is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame, where she studies theology. She is happy to hear about her friends' favorite books and is always looking for fantasy book recommendations. Her favorite things to do are dance ballet, spend time with siblings, and wander in the woods listening to a movie soundtrack. Hailing from Cincinnati, OH, she grew up kayaking and camping with her family, and she can't wait to spend the summer appreciating such inspirational locations with others!
